Start-up Building

Having built 4 startups from the ground up with challenging budgets, I have seen first-hand what works and what does not.
I bring that experience and expertise to the team to motivate colleagues and customers with authenticity and integrity. It also allows me to work effectively with the product, understanding the business environment, process and challenges along the way.

Strategy Consulting

Thanks to being a strategic advisor to a CEO, mentoring 15 startups, multiple SMEs, and building numerous marketing and product strategies, I have developed a unique perspective for gauging entrepreneurial projects.
With my advice I can tackle any existing or potential challenges, and provide recommendations for process modifications through objective data-driven report analysis.

Product Management

I’m able to guide all aspects of a successful product delivery on a micro or macro level, from production planning to control, including creating a strategy roadmap, feature definition, content writing and leading cross-functional teams.
Also, to effectively communicate with developers, the C-Suite, UX/UI designers, Data teams, and relay customer feedback into user stories.

Developer Marketing

Depending on the stage of the product development, I have devised and executed regional beta testing programs for DevOps engineers & Data Analysts, ran DevDays across ASEAN with partners. Interestingly, what really got substantial attention from media and developer communities were the Machine Learning and IoT hackathons using DIY Robocar and open-source platforms.
My goal is to deliver world-class marketing campaigns and event strategies and to push growth, ultimately bolstering product adoption.

Since the words like strategist and consultant don’t always do justice to an all-round entrepreneurial approach I nurture (and sometimes bore the hell out of people), I like to explain it with few extra roles which I take in my projects.

Change Enabler

I help organizations transform by improving business processes and interpersonal interactions. I do it by assessing challenges and partnering with leadership to create cost-effective solutions identifying stages, timing and implications of change implementation. I have successfully convinced the C-level to invest large sums to  develop a self-service SaaS developer platform with the objective to reduce onboarding time by an order of magnitude.

Partnership Builder

In my career I have grown, nurtured and furthered the win-win relationships with dozens of agencies, VCs, accelerators, developer communities, NGOs, and channel partners, such as: Intel, George P. Johnson, Accenture, Zeno Group, Capgemini, Frost & Sullivan, Roots Asia Pacific, Agorize, Tech in Asia, Purple Click, Job Street, SLUSH, etc.
